Riedel for wines from the New World. The collection was named after the extreme angles of the diamond shape, allowing for ample space in the glass to enhance the wine’s aromas. Keeping up with the changing landscape of modern wines, the Riedel family has adjusted the glass shapes for Cabernet Sauvignon and Riesling through thorough comparative tastings. Introducing RIEDEL VELOCE, a remarkable new development driven by state-of-the-art technology. Taller than the EXTREME with a thinner stem and finer bowls, the glass is a testament to the craftsmanship achieved by a specially developed machine at Riedel’s Weiden factory, rivaling the quality of handcrafted stems made by master glassmakers. The base, boasting a 100 mm diameter, sets a new standard for large glass shapes and represents the maximum achievable through machine production. Each package includes 2 glasses, all of which are machine made and dishwasher safe.
