Riedel wine glasses are known for their different shapes and sizes suited for specific grape varieties. This advanced machine production ensures the perfect design language to complement each grape profile. The resemblance to the Extreme glass collection, the first machine-produced diamond-shaped glasses created by Georg J. Riedel in 2000 for New World wines, is evident in this new collection. The Extreme collection was designed with extreme angles to give the wine more space in the glass, enhancing its full aromas. The Riedel family has adapted glass shapes for Cabernet Sauvignon and Riesling after intensive comparative tastings to keep up with modern wine evolution.

RIEDEL VELOCE is an impressive new development utilizing cutting-edge technology, with a taller glass, thinner stem, and finer bowls than the Extreme collection. Using a specially developed machine at the Weiden factory, Riedel is able to create stems that rival those made by hand by master glassmakers. The 100mm base is a new standard for large glass shapes and is the maximum size achievable by machine production. This package includes 2 glasses that are machine-made, dishwasher safe, and are sized at 3.15Lx3.15Wx3.94H inches.
